Where are your products made?
Across a small group of trusted European workshops: Poland, Portugal, Lithuania, the UK and Italy. Each product page lists country of origin and the technique used.
Are your materials sustainable?
Yes - within the limits of being honest. Our oak is FSC-certified. Our linen is European flax (a low-water crop). Our stoneware is fired in efficient kilns and our packaging is plastic-free. We don’t claim to be carbon-neutral; we do claim to be careful.
Do you offer trade pricing?
We do. Designers, stylists and hospitality clients are welcome - email trade@hudaxlondon.co.uk with a short note about your studio and we’ll send our trade pricing within two working days.
Can I see something in person?
We don’t run a permanent showroom, but we host a quiet open studio in west London on the first Saturday of each month. Email hello@hudaxlondon.co.uk to book a slot.
How do I care for solid oak?
Wipe clean with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Re-oil annually with a food-safe finish (we send a small bottle with every furniture order). Keep out of direct, prolonged sunlight.
Do you do gift wrap?
Yes - recyclable kraft, brown twine and a hand-written note. Tick the gift option at checkout and write your message in the box.
Can I cancel an order?
Within an hour of placing it, almost certainly - drop us a line and we’ll catch it before dispatch. After that, it’ll be quicker to follow our 30-day returns process.
Lost or damaged in transit?
Email a photo to hello@hudaxlondon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund the same working day.
